I believe it's the plastic shoe that slides up and down and holds the window up with a spring

The balance shoe is broken and needed to be replaced. Could you please help me identify which balance shoe I need?

The piece shown holds the lower window in place and allows it to pivot in to clean or remove. It also holds the spiral spring tensioner. Would like to purchase at least 10 of these. Thanks!

I have Uniframe windows that are approximately 10 to 12 years old. The windows are double hung vinyl tilt in. I have 4 window sash that the cam is broken in the Pivot Shoe. So we have several windows, as do many of our neighbors in my subdivision, that are experiencing issues like not opening smoothly, falling down, etc. We tried to see who the manufacturer of the windows are and to see if they have replacement parts but failed miserably. Need spiral balances and shoes for 20 sashes.Note in the pictures that the balances have a white plastic covering.
