Window not operable. No tension in rods and lead cams are badly worn as well

Spiral balance tilt window that has one balance that is halfway functioning. The other issue (picture) is that the "tabs" (or ??) that are typically on the sash are not there. Never had this issue before. Is that parts available as well???

I just purchased 2 replacement spiral balances from you and should have ordered a few more of these. that darn pot metal keeps shearing like in the photo. Thank you

These are pics of a pivot bar that I need for an Alliance window. It looks like a pivot bar 26-316 but not sure. I also need 7 or 8 "shoes" for the windows. How do I know what part number they are? Windows are probably from 2003-2004. Bought the place in 2005. Thank you!

The metal part that looks like a C broke in half

The length is 30" It has square foot. Window size is 2/8 x 5/6 I need parts for 3 windows. If you don't have square, I would to replace with round.

The windows are at least 20 years old. AlSide Geneva double hung tilt-in. I have plenty of pivot rods. I just included the image to show how it locks into the shoe. I cut the vinyl per your video to remove the Pivot shoe. It measures 9/16" deep thick until you get to the pivot point then it is 5/ ... (cont.)

I have older vinyl replacement window who's sashes and frames are in good shape but many have broken pivots shoes. Many window won't stay open. Before I consider the cost of replacing windows I thought I could replace shoes or even balancers. Thanks, Tom

I just purchased the 15-188 shoe which matched what I removed. The shoe locks in place but once I connect the spring it shots right up. I can also move them by hand when locked with minor resistance.

I'm curious if this is enough information to order replacement parts. I believe they were manufactured for Alside window systems. Most of the pivots are broken and are stuck in the sash. The pivot shoes are fairly disintegrated. The property was wife's parents, recently passed and is in upstate NY, ... (cont.)

I have a window with a broken tilt shoe. The unit is connected to a spiral balance. The shoe appears to be broken. I was looking at the 15-188 as a replacement. It looks closer than anything else I saw. Thw balance measures 17 inches and 5/8 diameter and has a blue tip. Recommendation. ... (cont.)

What causes the spiral balancers to pop out of the pivot shoe? I just bought this house and a couple of windows needed this repaired. Looking for advice to ensure this doesn't continue to happen.
