please review the attached picture. What you don't see is the fact that the part where the window attaches sticks out about an half of an inch. Looks exactly like part number 15-048.

The pivot shoes are starting to wear out in our large (roughly 5'x4') windows. i am having a difficult time identifying which pivot shoes I need for the replacement. any tips on how to identify the proper parts would be appreciated.

I have 4 (72) double hung tilt windows that need the pivot shoes replaced. I cannot remove them without the spreader tool and here are the best dimensions. Hi Swisco, I have a sash with S-180 coil balances. The coils on both sides have broken. They look like they were cleanly cut. The stamp on the coil end is "5Y". Does this mean a 5 pound coil? What does the "Y" mean? The sash measures 21.5" x 21". I believe it is single strength insulated glas ... (cont.)

I did watch your video on how to change out the coil balance which seems pretty simple. In your video your tracks have cut outs in them my do not.
