How do you remove a pivot shoe from the channel? If a tool is required, can you provide a pic and is there a video?

how did you remove the old shoe? it's in that channel and I don't see how to extract it without breaking it

The metal part that secures the window holder to the spiral balance are either worned or broken. I need 12 replacement metal parts. If you only sell the whole piece will need how to replace existing unless it's just bending the vinvyl just enough to replace the whole piece.

Using the jamb spreaders on vynle jambs, would you recommend warming the jamb up first with a heat gun because the windows are pretty old and some of the Windows parts have become brittle from the sun and age..
