I need two plastic jamb spreaders. I already purchased a few #15-192 parts. Also it looks like I can attach the old spring on to the new 15-192 with a screw? Or do I need to buy the entire assembly? Thanks

How or Why does the spiral sash loose its tension if the window has never been removed, only tilted in for cleaning?

could you identify the shoe? sorry about the rotation. Also the proper way of getting them out the track. there are no slots on the sides of the track to slip them out.

every time i try to tilt windows for cleaning the pin pops up and breaks the pin or shoe champion wants 90 dollars for service call on lifetime guarenteed windows

My fireman window when pulled out to clean does not slide evenly. It appears the plastic slide is cracked and no longer connected to the actual window. It just stays in the track and does not move. Both of my big windows are currently having the same issue. Please help

Used the jam spreaders for the first time but after I got the pivot shoe out the spreaders would not close enough and I had to back out the allen screws to get the units to close enough to remove them from the window. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

It is a coil of metal in the track that lets the window slide up and down. The metal coil has unrolled and bent up. It needs to be replaced.

I know that this is a coil spring balance and shoe, but I can't tell what kind they are to properly order a replacement. The only issue was that the coil balance housing was broken. Hi there. Yes, the 75-069 comes in a pair. However, if you're having trouble removing your pivot shoes, it would be remiss of me to not point out that there's another method you can try that doesn't involve the jambspreaders.
