Tried the cut out method to install pivot shoe. it's impossible to get the pivot shoe in Im using. #15-046. Do you have any suggestions?

Simonton h-r25-48x80 single hung series 40-17 window coil covers are sun damaged and deteriorating. At least 8 need replacement, and 2 or more coils may have been damaged by forcing the windows open and/or shut. what parts should i order?

I just need to replace broken metal part , that you turn, on a coil balance shoe. Do I need to replace coil spring, that is not damaged?
