I have some Silverline 1000 series double hung windows that I would like to replace the pivot shoes. They appear to match your 15-046. What tool do I need to remove the pivot shoe? The slot in these shoes is molded in vinyl, which has embrittled I will probably need to consider new balances at the same time for these windows.
