I have some Silverline 1000 series double hung windows that I would like to replace the pivot shoes. They appear to match your 15-046. What tool do I need to remove the pivot shoe? I need to get the part that I would assume is a metal pin for the window tilt. I have attached the photo of what it attaches to but as you can see, it has rusted away. Hello, Can you please help me identify the correct replacement for what looks like a tanden balance (shown in photo). The broken coils are marked "4FC" and "5FC" (shown in photo). Vinyl window spiral balance shoe

The slot in these shoes is molded in vinyl, which has embrittled I will probably need to consider new balances at the same time for these windows.
