I am trying to replace some parts on my windows, I believe they are called double coiled window assembly's. The windows are double hung Simonton windows from around the year 1999.

Would like to know the specs on that item as to why it seems much higher in price than similar items on \ the web? I have dealt with your company for years nd respect your opinions. How wide of an access the spreader accommodate for the shoe? etc thanks

This balance comes from a PGT WinGuard SH5500 Tilt Window installed in 2020. Sash is impact rated, 49"w x 24"h.
