Hello, I'm trying to find the right Window Channels for an Altria window. I know Altria was bought out by another company. The window has been installed since 2009. One channel broke, but I'm not sure when. I added two photos, one shows the stamped numbers/letters. It has 14 2 along with BSI VK ... (cont.)

I need the plastic pieces that sit atop wooden window frames that I believe are used to keep sash in place. I have a few that broke and basically windows are inop. The medal clip also is used as a catch for the sash when taking out to replace glass. Windows still look good and are energy efficient ... (cont.)

Good afternoon, I am searching for replacements for my original balance. I believe it is about 25 years old. I was looking at the Series 395 balance, but my bottom shoe measures roughly 1-5/16" deep. The channel is 34" and there is no stamp, but my window weighs 21.1 lbs

Do you carry thos item ? Tried to get line unstuck from pully but not budging.

I need 4 balances for two 34" x 46" windows. I think they are Milgard, but they do not have any numbers on it that I can find. The balances are 18". The house was built in 2007. This was on a sticker on the window.AAMA/NWWDA101/1.5.297ASTMA F588-97David

Hello I need replacement parts for milestone series 1000 single hung aluminum windows. The only markings on the channel balance is unique 26-B-20, and 10-99-99. The window from the out side measures 55 1/4 height and 36 width. I also need top and bottom plastic sashes and the clips that go into the ... (cont.)

Hi I just purchased order # 2430181 4@ S385 channel balances . I am missing one take out clip. Not sure of # to order. Other pair went in like a charm thanks.

Metal channel 27" Stamped 27 3 TC 198 (I think) I on know who mfg but my home was built in 2007 6 perhaps 8 balances. I haven't got to all my windows yet
