Tom, I have recently purchased a home. It has 2 8' sliders, identical. No markings on them that I can find other than the herculite stamps on the glass. I need to replace two rollers assemblies on on of my patio doors. The tandem roller shown on your web site does not look the same, but it may work. Have you had this issue or question? We have Anderson Patio Glass sliding door installed in 1986. Recently. it does not slide smoothly. We probably need to change the rollers. We think there are two rollers (2 wheels each). Please help me to identify the part so I can order two of them. Thanks, Robin

have what looks to be 81-128 rollers in the anderson 400 fwg series. homeowner wants stainless steel. my question is can the 81-149 replace the 81-128 ?

We carry two types of rollers for Anderson doors. The older roller is 81-018 the newer style is 81-128. The 81-128 is for patio doors manufactured by Anderson after April 1982.

I'd like to be order the correct replacement rollers prior to removing the door. This would save the trouble of removing and reinstalling the door twice. The doors are 4' wide. The Anderson logo appears in the top corner of the glass with the following info engraved below: "IGCC 186" and "WHBI 7-86" ... (cont.)

I have a sliding glass andersen door that opens to an atrium. It has become very squeaky when opening and/or closing. Does this mean I need to replace the rollers or can I just oil it? Do I have to take the door off to oil the roller if that is a solution?

We have a Anderson sliding door that needs new bottom rollers but can figure out how to get the old ones out. It looks like they snap in they measure wheel is 11/4" outside measurement is 33/4"

Re: Andersen Patio Door and Screen. -Purchased 84-020 which was exact match for screen door. -Purchased 84-005, which was shorter than top of door roller on screen door. Mine is about 3 1/4" and has (2) holes in stem. Can probably make work, unless you have exact match. -Purchased 81-128 P/Doo ... (cont.)

I need a new adjusting screw and the little part it holds and adjusts, in the receiver. Is it possible to get those two parts without ordering a whole assembly? This is a rental house, and it also seems that bottom is damaged so it off kilter and does not slide correctly on the track. I suspe ... (cont.)
