My rollers have no casing. They have a pin through the middle which fits directly into the bottom casing of the door. I need 4. Can you help me out?

Hi, I recently purchased some sliding door rollers from you and they ended up being a bit too wide. I was afraid that might be the case and was hoping it would work but they are just to wide. The wheel dia is 30 mm, and the with is 7 mm , I need 4 pcs of the wheels, but i dont mind buying a part that has the wheel mounted (as long as I can use the wheels). Hope you can help me , reg Ivar

Do you have a 81-125 roller assembly with nylon rollers? This goes on a sliding mirror closet doors with an aluminum track. I was concerned that the steel wheels would be a little harsh on the aluminum track. At the present time one wheel has a flat spot and needs replacement.

The original wheel is plastic (nylon) with a steel hub and steel BB's. Marked on the wheel is "Toronto Canada 9341". It is 1-1/4" diameter, 5/16" width, 1/4" hole, and the hub is 3/8" wide. Is 81-228 the correct replacement wheel? (I prefer a nylon wheel). Also I will need new axles. The o ... (cont.)

I have door roller same the item #81-087 roller unit, except my unit has 1 1/4 inch nylon rollers. please let me know if you have one the same as #81-087 or what my options like replacing the rollers on my units. George

Hi , We would like to replace the rollers only with nylon rollers. The existing rollers are brass with a fixed axle that fits inside of a stainless steel housing. We have a bunch of doors. The wheel looks identical to the one used by the 23-043 assembly. I'm fairly confident I can drill out or grind of the rivet holding the existing damaged wheel. Do you sell a male/female shoulder bolt or a replacement rivet for the 81-228 wheel? Thanks, Don
