I need a replacement part for my backyard sliding door lock. I was recommended a mortise lock and a white handle set? Wanted to check and make sure I am ordering the right parts. Preference would be a latch that goes up/down to lock and unlock like my original (see attached), not a key. Hope to hea ... (cont.)

I want to add a lock to the patio door at our complex. Do you carry the lock shown in the picture "lock1". We are also looking for replacement handles if you have them. I think that it may be a Jantek door.

I have a milgard patio door which was installed by the builder in 1995. The side of the patio door does not have a slot for locking mechanism which makes me believe it is a surface mount handle set. When closing the door, the lock falls down into the locked position. The lever will not stay up. We think it's a Vinylpro or Provinyl brand door which is no longer in business. Do you have a part that would work for this door?

Our latch is starting to fail, you have to play with it to get it to work. The door manufacturer was Pacific Industries who is no longer in business. Have included pictures with measurements. door is Visions 2000 SGD-R35-71X80. The inside lock lever and the plastic guide for the lever, on the side nearest the glass, are broken. I need to order the the parts/assemblies to repair.
