Struggling to find handle and mortise lock for an American exteriors inc (Denver) door likely more than 20 years old.

I am trying to find a handle set to replace this handle set. The screw spacing is 3-15/16" and the finish on the handle is Clear/Aluminum.

have a Blomberg sliding glass door/system that has been discontinued. The thumb latch thingy broke. By broke I mean that the thumb latch fell out of it's usual position. Lever is not working smoothly and doesn't always engage. There is a tiny spring on the mortise that appears to have broken at one end? Hello I have a sliding patio door. The only markings are on the glass. PPG Herculite K tempered safety glass. 16CFR1201. Looks like a date of 1984. 1/8U. SGCC - 250. 6023596.
