Sliding Patio Door Lock
I am looking for a replacement lock for a sliding patio door. It is an inner lock and the measurements of the opening are 80 mm long and 13 mm wide with a rounded face. Missig hardware for sliding glass door
We bought a house that is missing the sliding glass door hardware and lock. I can't find the manufacturer of the door. I looked at Lowe's but can't find one that looks like it would fit. Locking mechanism for patio door.

Making a mortise lock fit
I ordered and received Mortise lock, square face, 3-11/16" part no. 82-223. I had to lightly file the face that fits through the hole in the edge of the patio door to make it fit properly. Just bought an 82-218 mortise lock for an American Craftsman sliding door. Looks like the old lock, but if I use it right side up, the existing door handles can only fit in the backward position.
