I need a replacement lever for the Round Face Mortise Lock Product Code 82-218. The handle color is off-white and the door width is 1 3/4". Are there any locations near zip code 08638 or 08648 that carry the lever needed?

My customer is looking for a patio door handle that is from 1988, they believe it is a Pella. The measurement between the holes of the handle is 4", and the whole length is 7 1/8". Can you please let me know if you can help. Thanks so much

I need to replace a broken mortise lock. I've attached 4 images. My lock doesn't quite look like the part numbers 82-226 and 89-021 that are referenced to another customers inquiry as there is a lip that fits behind the door frame itself( Image 1).
