I need this keeper, the lock that fits it is 82-218 Mortise Lock round 3 - 11/16

My lock (I think you call it a mortise lock?) no longer works and I would like to purchase a replacement. Can you help me identify a replacement? Thank you Steve

The lock broke on our PGT sliding glass door. Looking at your website, and video (very helpful by the way) I believe I need the 82-218 round face lock. Hello, Our slider lock broke. One the side it says "32439 Hook up Align keeper". If think all we have to do is order the 82-229 mortise lock and use the same handle. Is this correct? Thanks

This is for a patio door. As shown in the picture, it is broken. I ordered Part No. 82-229 upon recommendation of a clerk at Home Depot who thought it was the right part. The door is a Kolbe & Kolbe Garden-Aire Patio Door, S6D, puchased in about 1995. I just bought your Mortise Lock, 4-5/8", Product Code: 82-226, because it looked like it might fit, but it doesn't. The broken lock is a little larger, and has the locking mechanism inset.

5 Sliders need hardware replaced in a satin nickel finish. The Legacy handleset looks most similar. However, my customer's doors are not keyed on the outside. Thumbturn only on inside. I will need all componenents for these doors - trim, mortise lock, strike and anything else you can think of. T ... (cont.)

Can you help me with choosing the correct part

The door latch in the photos has a small spring inside that has broken. It is from my Kolbe an Kolbe sliding patio door, which was installed in 1992. It appears I can reuse the brass setback plate that fits in the mortise by unscrewing and replacing the latch mechanism.

My sliding glass door lock is not able to wrok, something is wrong with the mortsie lock. The name for this lock is SASH controls ferndale MI 2260. Hi, I have a French sliding door, whose brass handle read "Sash Controls Ferndale MI, 2260 Taiwan".
