82-306 Keyed Exterior Sliding Door Pull

I am trying to replace a flush mount handle with the 4-15/16 screw spacing. Having no luck doing so. Do the 82-005 and 82-306 work with each other? If so, do you have a catch available to hook these to?

Can I use this keyed handle with product 82-261? Instead of the keyed handle that comes with 82-261? I like the " real keys", not the little ones that come with the 82-671 handle set?

It is a Vector Door. The door handle has a lock on it but only from the inside. I would be looking to add a key lock if possible to existing door handle. Otherwise, a door handle with a lock and key that can be locked/unlocked from inside and outside.

The house was built in about 1985 in Nova Scotia. The name on their of the inside door handle is Lockwood. There are code numbers on between the panes of glass. One code is: Lock-pane CMHC 5164 I.D.S. Another code is 84-10. Thank you.
