Looking for 27" 3/8" non tilt spiral balancers with a hook or boot on the bottom that is in the photo. I cant seem to find them on the website. Thank you!

Hello, I need 4 of these clips that attach the bottom of the window to a spiral balancer

I'm trying to replace the springs on an aluminum window. The plastic piece over the spring is 29-7/8" x 3/8". Thanks for any help. -Ryan

The picture shows the lower attachment of the spiral balance. The lower attachment is bent, it should be straight. Could you please let me know what attachment that is? Thanks

I beleave its 3/8 i have a few windows 25 inch frame. is there a replacement kit? or parts to make one. Thanks Steven

30 year old Champion windows, double-hung, non-tilt. Not the "Champion Windows" you know nationally but a local Houston company that went out of business years ago. Hi, I have what appears to be an H-R single hung sliding window with dual spiral balances on each side that are broken and need replacement parts. I can't find the manufacturer and assume they are out of business or have been acquired. Can you help with parts?
