Hello, our Guardian patio door handle broke so I purchased a replacement. However I can not find a mortise latch that will fit. The inside opening measures exactly 3 inches yet most commercial mortise latches measure 3 15/16 etc, always a touch bigger than 3 inches. Where can I find a replacement? ... (cont.)

Need a handle/lock for patio door, handle works great but lock is broken

I need the lock part of this handle or a complete set. Looks like a spring broke in the lock area. Attach is also a photo of the spring that broke. I cannot close the lock.

I need a new latch for my Nami Classic Sliding Glass Patio Door. I am removing a doggie door and unfortunately the guy who installed it removed the latch and didn't give it to me. I have attached the identifiers of the glass door and a picture of the handle.
