This house is about 45 years old. I didn't find any numbers or markings on door parts. It has wooden framing on the inside and metal on the outside. Just moved into new home. Handle broken. Need to replace handle and mortise lock. Do not necessarily need keyed lock. Current handle is SASH 2260. 3-15/16 holes. Does not appear to me that correct mortise was previously installed. Any advice?

Looking for a replacement handle (unknown brand) AND the part that the lock catches on. As you can see there is nothing but screw holes on the opposing side for the lock to catch into. The lock works fine, only one handle is broken. Thank you!!
