The brand is Alenco. I need several of the lapsing loaded window locks.The locks are on the edge of the window not the middle.

Hi. I've attached pics of bottom of window with missing pivot bar pins. I also think the housing area for the pins is missing (but not sure). I believe the pivot bar was 26-297. Based on pics is there another bar that would work?

There are no numbers or markings on the existing latch. Do you carry this item and if you don't, can you tell me the part name? Can you tell me where to buy these in the Las Vegas area?

Just bought this home and the latch to the right that releases the window to clean is broken is there a way to order a replacement part? Haven't checked the rest of my windows might need more. Thanks !

These windows are impossible to identify, but I have replaced the "dead" spiral balances with your products (thanks!) so I hope you can help me with this, also. One of the locks has a broken lever so I need at least one.

All of my windows look the same and use the same Atrium window locks. For my largest window, however, the lock does not seem to catch when it is closed, thereby making the lock useless. However, it does catch when it's on the wrong side. Wondering which lock size to get to replace these locks for ... (cont.)

It is a little plastic piece that fits in the corner and holds down the spring brace.

Are these plastic or metal?

Would you carry the part that the sash lock locks into. I also have Pennco windows. Mine only has the locking mechanisim but not what the latch slides into. Can you give me some info on that part?
