Please tell me the name of this lock

The latches on the window locks are broken and i am looking for replacement locks to secure the windows. CHAMPION Windows

I need to replace the sweep lock for a Champion window. The attached pictures tell most of the story. The screw holes are 2-1/4" apart. The height of the portion that goes into the upper window measures 3/16" at its highest point, but frankly it is hard to get it to go all the way into the window. ... (cont.)

I have Alenco windows, circa 1992. The rollers on the sliding windows no longer roll, and need replacing. But, how do I get them out? The whole window won't lift up enough to take the window out. Grip bar snapped off. Need a replacement. Couldn't tell if it was the 90-005 or the 90-009. What is the difference between the two?

I'm looking for face mount keepers for my sweep locks. The sweepers "sweep" a radius of 7/8th inch, so I think I need a keeper with an opening of double that or 1 & 3/4th inches. Is this the widest face mount model that you have? Here's a photo of the sweeper side. Thanks, Jason

Hi, I am looking at your 90-005 and 90-009. Are they interchangeable or am I "hosed" if I order the wrong one. I think that the 90-005 is the one I need according to your picture (it has no ridge along the edge of the lock piece......). SUNAIR ALUMINUM CORPORATION

Hi, I have Jordan windows from 1991. Several of the latches have broken. It looks like either 90-005 or 90-009 will work as a replacement. Which one of these will work? I've attached some pics. Thanks Dave

I'm looking for 2 1/4" hole space, 3/8" hole to side of body, sliding window sash locks for a bunch of Alenco windows and the 90-005 looks like it would work except the tongue on the 90-005 has a taper only to about halfway up the tongue while mine are a straight incline from the base of the tongue ... I ordered the 90-005 to replace Allenco hardware but the sweep is a bit too thick, is the sweep thicker or thinner on the 90-009? How about the 90-086? Any suggestions?

My windows are 20 year old Viking windows single hung. The number on the balances are (29")long #2840 with an upside down U at the end of the number. The next one (23") long with the #2280Y28. I ordered part # 90-009 but the part of the lock which makes contact with the window is too short so that it doesn't reach and make contact. Therefore, these locks won't lock the windows at all. Is there a part that has a slightly longer locking mechanism that will work?
