I am checking availability/price of window latches shown (3 ea.), black. Lock mount holes are 5/32" diameter, 2 1/16" apart. Latch mount holes are5/32 diameter, 1" apart. Thank you, Tim

Hi, When mounting the 90-177 keeper to the 90-077A lock are the two parts fitted right to each other with the lugs tight in the slot, making it a perfect fit. Seems obvious but I'm just making sure. And, are both of these parts available now ? Thanks

Balance is 32" long Has a hook at the top and a balance shoe at the bottom. It looks like a 15-194 it measured closet to that picture. Pivot bar looks like 26-021 matches dementions pretty good. This part is only about a 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches center to center on the screw holes and 2-9/16 overall length I bought item number 90-278 but it was to wide and would not close right Thanks Brian

This is the latch from my Gorell DH window. The cam plate has broken free of the operating/locking stem. Would like to order a couple of these.

Truth Window Lock / Entry Gard is wrong size (too thick) need 90-161 with narrow keeper and 2 1/16 spacing. I already ordered and tried 90-077C and 90-279 and they were too thick so I think I need the 90-161

The broken tilt latches are stamped Seasonall or Nuprime.Hope you can help me. Most of the windows (pretty sure they're Seasonall) are dark brown aluminum frames, tilt, and are double glazed.
