I believe they are kawneer windows. Double hung, vinyl window.

I am looking for the U shaped plastic piece that houses the sash pivot.

The window slams shut does not stay up. Need to order part to keep it up.

The windows say 95 as a number and VIRep I am missing the latch/lock on the top of a window and the two parts that hold the top of the bottom window into the frame/the part used to remove the window-tip forward. Aloha from Maui. I am looking for 3 of the attached latch. It seems to be Milguard item HL0075LKWH and the keeper is HL0134KPWH. Is this an item that you carry? Or a similar replacement that will work?

Metal window latchFor a vinyl tilt window The part is 2 1/2 inches from side to side. The two screw holes are 2 inches on center. Can you suggest a replacement part that you sell?Thanks!

Hi. I am needing a few window locks. The screw spacing is 2 5/16 apart. All I seen on the search is 2 1/16. The 7/16 part is right. It has a number on the cam. 677172. 2. Any help will be greatly appreciated

The window latch on one of my windows broke. The window was installed in my home in 2000. I believe the window was from Pacific Window which went out of business in 2009. The home is in Lincoln, California and built by Del Webb. Can you please help me?
