I ordered the channel balances only to discover that it was the plastic piece on the window that needed to be replaced. Argh! The channel balance numbers on the windows are 2520 and 2830's. Looking for channel balance replacements for Alenco windows installed in 1984. 28" length, stamped 2730. Shoe depth is 1". Is the Series 351 what I need? Also need advice on sash guides. Will forward pics in another e-mail. Thanks. Tom

For Alenco windows. The metal is 28 1/4 inches long. I will need 14 window channel balances and also 20 take out clips (in case I break some clips trying to install them). Have attached photos. Need part numbers and prices to place order.

I am looking for a top sash guide for an Alenco Series 380 double pane aluminum window (pictures attached). None of the pieces associated with Series 380 channel balance look correct. 2730 is stamped on the 28 inch channel Balance. The windows were installed around 1986.

Channel balance S 385-23 option 2210 I need six of those. I think it's a Viking window. Thank you for you help.

This clip screws on to the top of the window balance and keeps the balance moving with the window when the window goes down. This is on an aluminum, non-tilt window. I would appreciate any help in identifying it and getting one. Thanx...john
