18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

Looking for channel balance replacements for Alenco windows installed in 1984. 28" length, stamped 2730. Shoe depth is 1". Is the Series 351 what I need? Also need advice on sash guides. Will forward pics in another e-mail. Thanks. Tom

For Alenco windows. The metal is 28 1/4 inches long. I will need 14 window channel balances and also 20 take out clips (in case I break some clips trying to install them). Have attached photos. Need part numbers and prices to place order.

I have your S385-24 channel balance I need the plastic part that attaches to the window (alum)that the channel balance stops against. thanks

I am looking for a top sash guide for an Alenco Series 380 double pane aluminum window (pictures attached). None of the pieces associated with Series 380 channel balance look correct. 2730 is stamped on the 28 inch channel Balance. The windows were installed around 1986.

Channel balance S 385-23 option 2210 I need six of those. I think it's a Viking window. Thank you for you help.

This clip screws on to the top of the window balance and keeps the balance moving with the window when the window goes down. This is on an aluminum, non-tilt window. I would appreciate any help in identifying it and getting one. Thanx...john

This part screws into the top of the window and stops the top of the channel balance. And holds it in the track. It has a flat top which I failed to take a picture of.

Based on the dimensions shown, I believe that I am looking for the 5/8" top sash guide (18-009). My part has only one screw hole (the 3/16") and has a part number H-719. Can you confirm that I have the right Top Sash Guide?

I am trying to help a family member repair broken windows. Two windows have no window balances in them at all. I found a same size window for one of them and removed the balance. It is a 2730. Hi - I'm reconditioning a bunch of old Viking windows. I've already identified the channel balances: 29" SERIES 395 CHANNEL BALANCE, #2840 But, most of the sash guides are broken. I am looking for several parts for Alenco windows. I had whole bunch of photos, but website allows only 5. I need the sash stops, I think, on the left and right. the number on the balance is 284 HL CALDWELL and the metal is 29 inches long and they are 1/2 inch, also I think that the top is part # 18-009 black Bill
