18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

This part screws into the top of the window and stops the top of the channel balance. And holds it in the track. It has a flat top which I failed to take a picture of.

Based on the dimensions shown, I believe that I am looking for the 5/8" top sash guide (18-009). My part has only one screw hole (the 3/16") and has a part number H-719. Can you confirm that I have the right Top Sash Guide?

I am trying to help a family member repair broken windows. Two windows have no window balances in them at all. I found a same size window for one of them and removed the balance. It is a 2730. I am looking for several parts for Alenco windows. I had whole bunch of photos, but website allows only 5. I need the sash stops, I think, on the left and right. the number on the balance is 284 HL CALDWELL and the metal is 29 inches long and they are 1/2 inch, also I think that the top is part # 18-009 black Bill

I have a Viking double hung window that has a broken balance guide. The channel balance is a 2820. Photo attached of the broken guide. It looks like it might be your 18-183. I purchased your S385-25 : 25" Series 385 Channel Balance. They fit perfectly - thank you! Three follow-up questions: 1. Do the 5/8

It is marked "25 3 BT Caldwell". The metal length is 26" and it is 1/2" wide. The window is a "PGT model SH 4000" and is about 15 yrs old. Window opening size is 52" wide x 55" tall. I think I need a S395-26 and a 18-009 guide? I've tried to send with pictures, but I get error message. ... (cont.)

I need to replace the channel balances in a non-tilt window. I found the correct balance to purchase but I also need to replace the top sash guides as one is broken.
