18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

I've attached pictures of the 29" (measurement includes both plastic end pieces) assembly I need. You can clearly see the number 2730 P and it's from the left side of an Alenco single hung window. I need to find a 1/2" width x 1/2" depth top sash guide similar to your 18-009 (which is 5/8" width x 19/32" depth). Is one available? Derek

Will you please help me identify the correct replacement balance? I think the right match is a 29" Series 390 with 19-002 top and 15-002 shoe. Also, the old balance is stamped with "2810P" but the window weighs 16 pounds, so should I get the 2810 or 2820 option? I also need new top sash guid ... (cont.)

Please help me ID the correct part. Channel is 9/16" wide x 5/8" Depth Metal is 26'5/8" long (28" including plastic parts. Stamped 26 5 and had BSI on it as well.

Please tell me your part number for the channel balance parts to repair an Alenco single sash window. The channel is 28 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. 27C is stamped on the channel. Also BSL is stamped on the channel. The window was originally installed in 1985

I purchased top sash guide # 18-009. This appears to be the wrong top sash guide. I also purchased S395-29 series 395 channel balances on order # 722928 which seem to work. My windows will not open and stay. I want the easiest way to fix. The guides are 28 inches long and 3/8 wide. Look at the pictures. I have 6 windows. The number stamped on the guides is 2740. Can you help? Thank you, Frank

Swisco, I need to know what balances I need for my windows. As in the phone conversation the two types of S-380-29 balances I ordered broke as soon as I put them in my window. Windows -1984 . Have narrowed it down to part # 18-116 & # 18-115 from customer questions & yr site .Seem s 115 is the closest -exact fit . Wondering what yr think .Greatlly appreciate it -thank you .

can you help us find 28 3 left and right and a 28 2 left and right for non tilt window Plus 6 window top sash stops.

Top of the window bungee connects to plastic bracket. This bracket is broken. Bungee will not hold on any longer. Where can I get this bracket. Two on each window top left and fight side.

I need help identifying a top sash and snap in glazing. Please see the photos below. The snap in glazing appears to be Capitol Snap-in code 55-006-6. I have some 28" long channel balances. They carry a stamp of 2790N 26. The sash weighs 24.4 lbs, but you don't have a stamp listed for 2790, and a 24 pound sash would be your standard 2740. Do you have any idea where the 2790 stamp comes from? WHat balance should I use?

Hello, looking for upper sash guides for PGT windows. The windows are about 23 years old, not sure what series they are. I hope the pictures help. I can't find these anywhere. Regards, Mike
