18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

Please tell me what model to order.

This part failed and the channel balance shot up out of the side of the window track. Did not see any part that looked identical. Any help would be appreciated.

We have several Viking Single hung alum windows that need balance tubes and finish corner caps seen in the attached photo (Black). We can measure the balance tubes but need help identifying the black corner piece. thanks

I'm looking for a few parts here. I top white plastic part (image 4240), the sash cord(?) (image 4242, and the black plastic rail end cap (image 4246). Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.

Hi, I am unable to find replacement for my broken top sash guide. My local window companies told me that it was made by the company called Superior but it was no longer opened in California. I need two 28" assembled window balances. There is a stamped marking 2740 H.F on it . Looking at your website it looks like your 28" Series 385 Channel Balance option 2740 will fit .
