I am replacing the balance on this window; this block that holds the balance I side the window is broken

l-shaped piece located at the top corners of movable sash they insert into the plastic part at the top of the channel balances to carry the weight of the sash approx. 3/4 x 1/2 x 1/2 when sash is re-inserted in proper position they are attached with a screw with a sash guide

Hi, Here is photos of parts, the channel balances are 28"x1/2" with non wing top guide and 1 1/8 " shoe with 2730 J stamped on it. The 390 looks very close. Need to find replacement part for this top sash

On the top of my window frame is a small, black, plastic piece, with two small screws that catches the Channel Guide Spring Assembly and pulls it down as you replace the window and close it. hi, had placed an order (#1000131) for 2 25" Series 351 Channel Balance units (S351-25) but just realized that the "cap" unit - the channel end that attaches to the window - is broken on one side. not sure which one goes with this particular channel balance unit.If it helps any, this window is an A ... Hello, I think these windows need a top holder. There are 2 windows which have a lot of side to side movement. Channels will fall out, wither staying at bottom (fixed when I reconnected the pulley) or stay at top of frame when sash is pulled back down. Top of channel, you can still see the plasti ... (cont.)
