HI, I need to replace broken aluminum windows sash balances. I ordered 2 pieces a couple of moths ago, but they did not match the originals. The part I order is S371-28. Hi. This is stamped 27 C (b.s.i.?), i think its on one of the pics. I cant get to any still installed for a pic at the moment..most are broken. Is this enough for identification purposes? Thanks!

Can You Recommend Replacement Part for This Sash Guid.

Black plastic sash cam. Total Length including cap= 1 3/8". Width of shaft= 5/8".. Depth of shaft= 5/8". Length of shaft= 1 5/16" Cap dimension is 7/8" wide x 11/16" deep.

can't find winged shoe as depicted in 1 and 2. On Top Shash guide I'm looking at 18-064 all measurements very close, but no sharp tooth on front. 18-009 not as good on screw holes, but has tooth. On what I call window spacer, can you give me a part number?

Can you ID these plastic parts?? I believe they are on the end of a 1/2" rail, but I will double check when get back to the house.

Please let me know if you have this part?

I have windows marked exactly the same but I need the fitting attached to the side of the window that grabs the channel balance. If you know what the OP bought can you tell me the two plastic parts I need that attach to the window? The current ones are held in place by square drive screws. Thanks, ... (cont.)

I have a Viking window, the type that uses side channels. Both channel balances are missing. Anything I can do to get right balances for this window? Thanks

I have a few broken window channel balances. The windows are all non-tilt windows with 1/2? channels. I tried to match it to your channel balances and it appears to match your S380 series (with a 19-005 channel balance top and 15-005 balance shoe) Can you confirm based on the attached pictures?The ... I'm looking for a sash cap, I don't know the brand of window. The cap measures; 1" total height, 5/8' wide,9/16" thick, the screw hole is 3/4" from the top. I can't find this on your webpage. Thank you.

Hi. I'm trying to replace the channel balances in my old Viking Windows (original to my 1991 home). I'm starting with a bedroom window with a broken balance first, although if this works, I'll replace them all. The balance is stamped 2830 with side letters/numbers B81 (???) and VG. I sent pictures of the remaining balance which looks OK. I need the prices on a replacement balance and 2 clipsThe window frame does not have any take out clips or hardware to hold the channel balances. Are the take out clips all that hold the channel balances?

I'm having trouble finding a match to the top sash guide. I've attached images, including relevant dimensions. The style looks similar to 18-127, but the dimensions differ from my replacement part. Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
