18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

Missing just one of these guys. There should be one on each side on the window frame to engage the ballast.

I'm purchasing complete channel balance (with top& bottom), The channel without attached parts is 28", stamp option is 27 C. Also I need top sash guide. I have submitted some pictures. Please let me know the parts number . Thanks Mohammad

My window sash weighs 29.6 lbs, but the sash 1850 only goes up to 20 lbs, which one should I buy? Also the metal guide is 19.6 inches (50cm), should I buy the 19inch option. Also the width of the bottom support is 1 1/8 inch, but 1 inch if the wings are not included. The imprinted number is 19 9 ... (cont.)

I am trying to identify this top sash guide. I have included 4 photos. It is 15/16 across the top and 11/16 deep across the top. Overall length is 1 5/16. Width at the bottom is 11/16

Hello, First photo is the Channel Balance for Non tilt Milgard Windows. Second photo is the plastic "hook" attached to the window.

Hello We have some old channel caps on our windows that are becoming brittle and breaking. The body is 5/8 inches wide, the cap is 7/8 inches wide from side to side, and 11/16 inches front to back. One side of window broke and now it is hard to open and close. The file labeled FullSizeRender-3 is the broken side, the other two are of the good side. I need to know what parts to order. Thank you!

Have purchased new window channels but realize the guides at top of window are broken. Wondering if you can identify and whether they are available . Thanks for any assistance.

HI, I need to replace broken aluminum windows sash balances. I ordered 2 pieces a couple of moths ago, but they did not match the originals. The part I order is S371-28. Hi. This is stamped 27 C (b.s.i.?), i think its on one of the pics. I cant get to any still installed for a pic at the moment..most are broken. Is this enough for identification purposes? Thanks!

Can You Recommend Replacement Part for This Sash Guid.

Black plastic sash cam. Total Length including cap= 1 3/8". Width of shaft= 5/8".. Depth of shaft= 5/8". Length of shaft= 1 5/16" Cap dimension is 7/8" wide x 11/16" deep.

can't find winged shoe as depicted in 1 and 2. On Top Shash guide I'm looking at 18-064 all measurements very close, but no sharp tooth on front. 18-009 not as good on screw holes, but has tooth. On what I call window spacer, can you give me a part number?

Can you ID these plastic parts?? I believe they are on the end of a 1/2" rail, but I will double check when get back to the house.

I have windows marked exactly the same but I need the fitting attached to the side of the window that grabs the channel balance. If you know what the OP bought can you tell me the two plastic parts I need that attach to the window? The current ones are held in place by square drive screws. Thanks, ... (cont.)

I have a Viking window, the type that uses side channels. Both channel balances are missing. Anything I can do to get right balances for this window? Thanks
