The sash that goes on the window two corners is a little more than ½ inch wide and like 1 ½ inches long Balance ID is 29 4 ax cmc 1

I need to replace this part in several windows. Don't know how many I will need yet.

The 4 Face Guide pop in holes for my window are all 3/8 inch long X 1/8 inch wide rectangles. Will the 67-014 pop in Face Gide fit into this opening?

The mounting hole is 3/4" from center to bottom of sash. The angled part at the bottom is 1/2" from top to bottom. The top is 29/32" x 15/16". Please let me know if you need more measurements or pictures, I could only upload 5. Thank you for your help,Todd

Hello! just received my 29" series 390 Channel balances and one was installed with no problem. When installing the second one i realized that the white piece of plastic that should be on the top of the rail in the window itself (and that retains the balance) is missing. Missing just one of these guys. There should be one on each side on the window frame to engage the ballast.

My window sash weighs 29.6 lbs, but the sash 1850 only goes up to 20 lbs, which one should I buy? Also the metal guide is 19.6 inches (50cm), should I buy the 19inch option. Hello, First photo is the Channel Balance for Non tilt Milgard Windows. Second photo is the plastic "hook" attached to the window.

Hello We have some old channel caps on our windows that are becoming brittle and breaking. The body is 5/8 inches wide, the cap is 7/8 inches wide from side to side, and 11/16 inches front to back.
