18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

Hello My window sash measures 1.5" tall, 5/8" (a bit over that) wide with the very top part being 0.75" wide and 9/16" deep. What is a suitable replacement? Thanks Norman

I am repairing an aluminum window in my home I need the part shown in the picture but I have no idea what it is called. The part screws to the top side of the window. I am guessing the channel balance catches on it.

Sash disengage from the balancer and the window leans to the sides most of the time and the window shakes inside the frame. The balancers are in good condition although they make noises (maybe needs lubricant). I noticed a little chip on the top sash guide. Which one should I replace? ... (cont.)

I have identified the spring balancer's top part as your # 19-005. What is the matching top sash guide? The springs are all in good shape, but the retainers have all dry rotted and fallen apart so the springs have nothing to grab.

aluminum lower sash. 23 lbs. need 8 29" balancers. There are no markings anywhere on the window or balancer. I also need the stoppers that fit in the top of the sash. It's IMG_0156 held in with 2 screws

Third photo, be616 is of unbroken part in another window. The number 2810P is stamped on the spring housing.

I'm looking for channel replacements for old Viking hung windows. One window shows 2810 while the other window which looks to be the same size has 2630. Other markings include 26 3 BS COLDWELL.

I have a home built in 1987 with the viking brand windows and the balances on my vertical opening windows are broken. The number on the balances are 2240 and 2230. Hi, It looks like I probably need a pair of the 5/8" top sash guides (18-009). One is broken the other will be replaced as well. I did measure the very top part at 7/8". The sash top guide is 5/8" x 13/16" and 1-1/4" long.

I replaced the channel balance with #2830's I just received from you. I have tried three windows, one worked fine. the other two do not catch the new channel balance. I noticed the small black piece on the window itself is missing on one side which would seem to catch the channel balance on the way ... (cont.)

This piece is on the top of the window frame and I think it holds the top end of channel. It is broken for a couple of windows. Can you please identify this part.
