I have a number of Kinco windows which I believe all need the plastic parts replaced...at a minimum the top sash guides. The windows are various sizes but were all purchased at the same time and the parts look similar w/o removing the various windows. Assuming they are the same part I need 2 d ... (cont.)

The metal part is 35 inches and with the plastic pieces on the top and bottom it measures 36 inches. The width is 5/8 inch and the other side is 5/8 inch also. The white piece that gets screw to the window is 1 1/2 inches in height and 5/8 inches wide. Hopefully with the pictures you can help me. Th ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace Alenco windo top sash guide. 18-174 is similar but overall height is different and the profile is not the same. Can you advise if 18-174 is the correct replacement or is there another part that is correct replacement.

My part here is almost identical to your product Sash Top Guide 18-009. Although you can see that the screw area is slotted. Does this matter or can you recommend a different one ? Thanks

Hello Swisco Experts, I need to replace the top sash guide for my Window World vynal windows, along with a few channel balances and would appreciate some help identifying the correct replacement parts. I am replacing the channel balances and sash guides on three windows all the same size and manufacturer. The opening portion of the window weighs 17.9 pounds. The sash guide part #18-009 looks and measures the same as mine. (See photo) Channel balance part #S350-28 option 2140 appears to be the righ ... (cont.)

There is no stamps on the channel balance. They appear to 1/2 inch wide and 30 inch in length. Four windows (8 balances) that measures approximately 50x32. Markings printed on the channel balances differ from window to window.

2740H on block/tackle spring, length is 28. Dimensions on photo of sash spring guides were done with tape measure and not a caliper, so not down to 32nd. Need 6 springs and 6 guides. Thanks! Jeremy
