18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

The rail is approx 3/4 inch wide and deep. I can't match it up with anything I see on the site under 23" (2240). Looking for complete unit and caps that are mounted on the window as well.Also looking for 29" (2840).Thank you for the help.Mike

I purchased two balancers from you, S385-33, option 3240, and installed them. Now I find that a small plastic piece on the window that engages the top of the balancer is broken. These are photos of the unbroken piece. Do you have this plastic piece?

1-1/8" wide by 1-3/8" tall by 3/4" deep Sorry, I can't remove the sash guide at the moment due to not having the square screwdriver bit handy, but I think the photos give enough info to ID. This window uses channel balance 2520, 26" series 385

Parts needed: black plastic catch at top of window that catches the top of the channel balance. It is held in the window channel by a screw.Also need about 2 ft of tan colored vinyl trim that snaps into a channel on the perimeter of the window. thx paul

Just ordered and received my channel balances. Perfect size etc, thanks. But it appears the top sash guides are broken on a number of my windows. Hi, It appears to be that the window balances are still in good working order. However, they do not stay down because the little plastic pieces that attaches to the top of the window that keeps the balance held down is broken. this was removed from an old PGT Aluminum NON-tilt window. the balances used with this clip are Series 380 (various lengths) i need 20PC of this clip.

we need two of these parts as shown in the enclosed pictures.The part is 5/8" wide.

Stamped with B.S.I 14-2. Pictures of the winged ends are attached. Guides are 1-3/8" high, 5/8" wide at body, 1-1/8" wide at wings, and screw hole is 1/4" down from the top. I would need 4 of these balances and I also need assistance with identifying the top sash guide.

Do you have the part that screws into the top of the window that catches the channel balance to allow the window to slide up and down. See attached pictures.

28 inch 1/2 channel balance with 2740 inscribed on it and top and bottom inserts as shown in the pics. Please advise on correct replacement part. I believe it would be the S350-28 with 2740 option and 5/8" top sash guide. Thank you kevin

I need to replace a broken top sash guide, and it appears that the correct part number is #18-009. All the dimensions check out. Gapco Windows. 2330 24" channel balances. The top guides do not appear to be listed. The top is 7/8" x 11/16". Height is 1-13/16". Width is 5/8" Upper section is 5/8" deep, lower section is 3/8" deep. Top hole is 1/4" from top. Need two channel balance top guides. I am also ordering two 233 ... (cont.)
