We need to replace the window channel balances and top piece for 4 sets of aluminum windows in our 1980s home. I attached photos and can provide more. The stamped code on the piece is 1610. Based on your website I think we might need 16" 385 channel balance product code S385-16 and 5/8" top sash cod ... (cont.)

Each window has 2 of these. The windows are the same age. One just broke, so I assume the rest may break soon too. I like to order 12 of these pieces. These help the window to go up and down and stay up. They keep the spring in place.

Window wont catch both sides of channel balance new 2630

Don't know what they're called but it's in the side of the window where it holds down the channel balance. I have four broken pieces.

I was able to get pictures of a good guide from another window and it appears to be closer to the 18-009 guide but please verify.

Home inspector said window balance is broken. We found the broken plastic piece shown on the sill. The part I need is very similar to the 18-188 top sash guide. It is for a Milgard window which is probably 15 years old. The sizing is exact except for 2 differences. 1.
