18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

The top sash guides have broken off in several of the windows and need to be replaced. I attached a picture of one of the good guides as well as the model number of the window found in the upper part of the window frame. Please let me know which part I will need. I just ordered 10 valances from your company. One of my windows does not have the top clips in them to hold the balances in as they're put onto the window? Do you know what this part number is? Need to identify balances and sash guides for window.

1)I need two channel balances. The balance is stamped 2430 BG BSI. 2) Also, when the pulley rope broke, the balance rammed into and broke the end-piece attached to the sash that the balance fits into. 3)Do you sell lubricant to help the sash slide more easily? Thank you very much! ... (cont.)

I was finally able to find a guy to remove my window in order to take photos. It looks like your 1/2" TOP SASH GUIDE Product Code: 18-036 but you're the experts. Also took a photo of another plastic piece that I could use but do not know its name.

Here's what I'm thinking, in the past other maintenance people have put in whatever they thought could work. Not all units are the same . So I was hoping you can help me with finding the proper one that goes with this style window, that way I can just stock the right balance and proper end pieces so ... (cont.)

I have purchased wrong top sash guides twice. 18-009 and 18-166. order#1340665 and 1496543. I pieced together a broken guide and the dimensions are: Top=1" wide screw holes from top= 1/4" and 1" hook from top= 3/4" shaft=1/2" wide length=1 5/8" the original channel balance was marked 26E. Yes the 18-009 worked great. I just had to hacksaw and file the "flanges" that were in the way.

Hi Guys! I thought I had this figured out and ordered the 18-188 But the dims are SLIGHTLY off and there is a small lip on this piece of the top box that isn't on the 18-888. Do you have something closer to this? Let me know. Thank You! :)

Can't find a match in the 80 listed. To be used with S35-23. Window manufacturer unknown.

It is the clip or whatever it is called that is attached to lower window sideS and it brings Or holds the balance As window goes down.

Picture 1015 shows the good part on the right and bad part on the left. I will two. I also found a logo looked like ww or mm. Not sure that helps
