Your help please in identifying the correct replacement part for the plastic piece at the top of the window sash channel. i have double hung windows that are 3 years old and several of these plastic cams have broken i want to purchase at lest 10 so ill have spares but want to make sure ill get something that fits.

Installed on older (pre 2003) milgard

The top sash guides have broken off in several of the windows and need to be replaced. I attached a picture of one of the good guides as well as the model number of the window found in the upper part of the window frame. Please let me know which part I will need. I just ordered 10 valances from your company. One of my windows does not have the top clips in them to hold the balances in as they're put onto the window? Do you know what this part number is? I was finally able to find a guy to remove my window in order to take photos. It looks like your 1/2" TOP SASH GUIDE Product Code: 18-036 but you're the experts. Also took a photo of another plastic piece that I could use but do not know its name.

Here's what I'm thinking, in the past other maintenance people have put in whatever they thought could work. Not all units are the same . So I was hoping you can help me with finding the proper one that goes with this style window, that way I can just stock the right balance and proper end pieces so ... (cont.)

Looking for a replacement balancer. It is 1/2" wide, 28" long, for a non-tilting, Milgard window. See attached photos.

I have purchased wrong top sash guides twice. 18-009 and 18-166. order#1340665 and 1496543. I pieced together a broken guide and the dimensions are: Top=1" wide screw holes from top= 1/4" and 1" hook from top= 3/4" shaft=1/2" wide length=1 5/8" the original channel balance was marked 26E.
