Tooling for a top sash replacement piece

I need a channel balance and a top sash guide for my window The channel balance has the marking on it of CALDWELL 28 3 10.Thank you for your help, I will need to order 2 channel balances and 2 sash guides.Thanks againRon

I have two windows that won't close for the same reason. These are both NuAir windows. They are both next to each other. I am told that the 'pieces' on the side are broken and require replacement. This part is on each side of the lower window. These windows were installed seventeen years ago and they are plastic.They appear to be some kind of stop that prevents the spring from coming out of the frame.I need two.Thanks for your helpRegardsCharlie

Hello, I need to order 4 of these exact slides to replace mine. All of them are the exact same. The seem to say 27 2 LO Caldwell stamped on each of them. The metal part is 1/2 wide by 28 inches long. Your help please in identifying the correct replacement part for the plastic piece at the top of the window sash channel. i have double hung windows that are 3 years old and several of these plastic cams have broken i want to purchase at lest 10 so ill have spares but want to make sure ill get something that fits.
