I looked under nontilting counter balances but am not seeing a matching part number. By my photos is something, can you tell if you would stock this part? I am not sure the make or year of the windows. They are aluminum, channel is 9/16th wide, non ribbed.

Nuair window has an aluminum rail that is no longer held in place. I suspect the plastic piece on the window or the rail cap has probably sheared off a small piece of itself to allow this to happen. I bought new channel balances for my Viking brand window and they went into the frame just as they should. I have two windows that won't close for the same reason. These are both NuAir windows. They are both next to each other. I am told that the 'pieces' on the side are broken and require replacement. Hello, I need to order 4 of these exact slides to replace mine. All of them are the exact same. The seem to say 27 2 LO Caldwell stamped on each of them. The metal part is 1/2 wide by 28 inches long.
