18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

Please help me choose the correct Sash Top for my Milgard window. Series 3210 - single hung - P.L.# 032-157 I've determined the Series 380 - 3250 is the correct channel balance.

34 inches half inch balancer marked 33-5 has channel balance top winged Bottom has winged balance shoe 1-3/32" depth I think. Its over an inch I believe its a 34" series 385 channel balance. My window weighs 28 lbs. I think its your 3350. Please check photos and advise. Last picture looks like ... (cont.)

Wile replacing broken channel balances the left top Sash Guide broke. Would like confirmation that your PN# 18-188 will fit. Photos are the same part from other side. Window is Milgard circa 1999. Hello, Would you please let me know which parts needs to be replaced and the part numbers I should buy? It's 33 inches long metal and it's 1 and 3/36 inches bottom shoes. I am guessing it's S380. I don't know if I need to replace both sash and sash guide. Please advice.

I am not sure what you call these plastic clips on the top of my windows but I am missing them on some of my windows and the windows do not attach to the WIndow Balances I purchased from you, S385-29.
