Hello One of the sash cams on my Milgard, single hung window has broken and the balance doesn't work correctly. Please see photos (the width of the cam is 0.5 inch and the length is 1.5 inch). Do you sell a replacement? Thank you. Jim

Looking for this only has one screw hole I had ordered the wrong ones need 4 these are used with S385-30. &. S380-30. Can you tell me what item # from your web site so I can look at the correct parts thank youRobert

Trying to find the correct window balancer for Florida window. Its a single hung non-tilting window. The window balance has a metal hook that attaches to a block and tackle pulley system on a spring. I believe that the plastic ends are not winged. Also, I am missing the top sash guides, which ar ... (cont.)

Top cap is 7/8 inch wide facing screw holes. Lower unit is close to 5/8 inch wide. Distance from bottom of cap to bottom of wedge is 1 5/16 inch. Bottom of cal to center of bottom hole is 11/16 inch. Hole to hole centerline is 7/16 inch. What is your part number for this please?

Is lot of these parts on my sash top are brittle.

I do not the name of this part. It is part of the window that help to stop the sash balance. This help to open and close windows.

I'm not sure what the part is called, but it screws into the window and catches the rod as it rises and lowers. I would need two of them.
