18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

DO you have this part? I looked it up and found out this is called a window balance brake shoe. It sits on top edge of the window. I can't find part. Do you have it? How much? Windows are about 20years old dimensions are 1 3/8" X 1"(top flat part) 5/8" inside part.

I have a Viking metal window made in 1996. 35" by 1/2" balance. I think I need an S395-35. Also a top guide. Present balance stamped 3440. Windows are hard to pull down to shut. Is it possible to get one with less resistance? Thank you, Dan Lind

Needs a window sash cam with the tabs on the side.

I need to find the correct replacement part of my window balance. The interior cord broke, and the plastic end also broke. The length of the balance (measuring only the metal part) is 24 inches. The width is 5/8 in.

Hello One of the sash cams on my Milgard, single hung window has broken and the balance doesn't work correctly. Please see photos (the width of the cam is 0.5 inch and the length is 1.5 inch). Do you sell a replacement? Thank you. Jim

Trying to find the correct window balancer for Florida window. Its a single hung non-tilting window. The window balance has a metal hook that attaches to a block and tackle pulley system on a spring. Top cap is 7/8 inch wide facing screw holes. Lower unit is close to 5/8 inch wide. Distance from bottom of cap to bottom of wedge is 1 5/16 inch. Bottom of cal to center of bottom hole is 11/16 inch. Hole to hole centerline is 7/16 inch. What is your part number for this please?
