I believe I need a 27" series 385. However the guide attached to the side of the window sash is hard to figure out which one I need. Plastic clip on window for channel balance, I ordered the balancers from you guys a couple of months ago and didn't realize these were broken. My order number was 1913419. Not sure if this helps, but these clips are for those balancers. Thanks;Justin

I am trying to identify these window balance for replacement. Both window balances measure 28 inches in length and have 1/2 (9/16) inch width. One is stamped 2730 and the other is stamped 2730X.
