18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

I am in need of 2 new sashes for my window. I have attached pics of the Sash that failed and was removed from my window. Can you please help in locating the sash and also the pieces that go on the window itself. I added a pic of that as well

I believe I need a 27" series 385. However the guide attached to the side of the window sash is hard to figure out which one I need. Also, I'm assuming I'll need a 2640 option as my window sash is 19lbs 4oz?? I just don't want the window too difficult to close and 19lbs is right on the cusp of two s ... (cont.)

the guide is wide = 5/8 length = 23/16 depth = 9/16 I need this sash to repair the window. Thanks

Plastic clip on window for channel balance, I ordered the balancers from you guys a couple of months ago and didn't realize these were broken. My order number was 1913419. Not sure if this helps, but these clips are for those balancers. Thanks;Justin

Hello I'm trying to change the top sash guides but couldn't find any exact match on your web site. windows are from late 1980s (house built in 1989, Riverview Florida) single pane, single hung. I need the cap that goes on top of 28 inch window balances.option 2740. Code S38528 I need 4 it measures 5/8 by 7/8 inches by. 1 3/8 long

I am trying to identify these window balance for replacement. Both window balances measure 28 inches in length and have 1/2 (9/16) inch width. One is stamped 2730 and the other is stamped 2730X.

This part is for a vertical window that latches to the sash. Attached is a pic. I ordered the wrong dimensions and shape earlier . I need the right part dimension.Ref : 18-185

I will need 16 of the springs. And caps for the top of the windows. 2830z stamped on the part that is 29" long.

Hi this part goes on the window itself at the top and I guess it would be the stop that hits the little c channel at the top of the window runs where the channel balance is attached to

I need one new top sash guide Could it be the 18-200 listed in your catalog? the balance in this window is just over 1/2 inch, probably actually nine sixteenths. It's a 21" tall window that is 46" wide. The number on the balances say Nineteen ninety, but I've already replaced them new ones. ... (cont.)

I have a window that uses the 27" Series 380 Channel Balance (option 2640). The channel believe is fine, but the plastic part on top of the window (see attached picture) is cracked/broken.
