S160-04 4.5 lbs Series 160 Coil Balance

I need to replace the balance coils on my Simonton Windows. I attached a picture of the sticker in the frame of the window. Hopefully you can help.

To replace the balances for my Simonton windows, I have determined that I need Pivot shoes #15-111, Supports #15-150D and 1/2" springs. The sash weighs 18 lbs. 4 springs are used per window. I have a double hung window with a broken coil spring. There are two springs on each side of the sash. Springs fit into 1 1/4" pockets and attach directly to the back locking shoes. The bottom coil in the picture has a cutout 1 5/8" from the end and is marked 5.5# 35". The other coil only has a ... (cont.)

I am searching for the LH spring assembly for a double-hung Simonton window. The part number on the broken spring is: #4.0 35" P. Hopefully this is adequate nomenclature to get us headed in the right direction? Thanks.

I have previously ordered window parts from Swisco over the past years.My window sash weighs 18.37 lbs approx. & has a S160-9 coil balance spring with the 15-111 pivot shoe & 15-150S single support installed with it. These pictures are from a Simonton Window. Each spring has a "4" on it so I assume that is 12lbs per side. The sash weighs 21.3 lbs on scale. This is the right side standing inside. These are White Vinyl Windows and the Side Latches which allow them to tile are breaking. I've also had some of the bottom rods to break. These rods protrude from the bottom of the window into the jamb to engage the spring mechanism to hold the window up. I can take more photos if needed. PRISM ... (cont.)

Dear Sir, I would like to order some coil springs. They are 15/16" in diameter and a little larger in circumference than a nickle. I had ordered 10 springs, but they were too large. Please let me know if you have the right ones so that I can replace my order. Thanks

Looking for "coil springs" for a simonton double hung window. The coil fits in a 1" channel and is 4" tall. Dont know the series,,,but they were built in 1999.. Thanks... Jeff
