S160-04 4.5 lbs Series 160 Coil Balance

I can only see a number 4 on one coil. Coils are 3/8" wide, coil holder is 1/2" wide. I am looking for the easiest way to replace this. Is there an all in one retrofit or do I need to replace these exact parts? It seems like there are 1/2" coils standard with the series 160 1/2" holder on this site, ... (cont.)

Can you tell me the coil balance part number for the window? The window weighs 21lbs. I have included a picture of the label on the inside of the window. They are in Part # 801020, Product Code: 15-150D1/2" Coil Double Support, ThanksJim

I started having issues with one of the windows in my home staying open and then not wanting to close all the way.
