I think its a constant force coil balance. It's the part that holds the window up when you open it. I have to prop the window up now to keep it open. Can't find Cavalier window store to check it out.

I need both left and right spring assemblies. It is a double hung window. The lower sash is where these springs will go. The are 2 springs on each side even though the picture I sent only shows one. My balance support is a double, 2 coils. It all fell out as I took it out so I do not know how the two coils were attached to the pivot which was broken. Can you describe how the assembly looks, orientation of springs in balance support and connection to pivot. My coils appear to be T160 a 4 and a 6 ... (cont.)

Greetings, I find no brand name on the windows or parts. The pivot shoe lock is approximately 1 1 1/4 inch wide by 1 3/8 length by 1/2 deep. The coil is 1/2 inch wide x 35 inches marked with possible part number 232208. Pics 1 and 2 are off a functioning window, pic 4 is what's in both sides of the ... (cont.)

looks like this number stamped on coil SP 32209 with capital P above number. other number stamped on coil is *4.0 35' P would like to order at least two replacements.

I have returned various window parts due to incorrect product selection. To further assist me, I would like to ship samples of my broken window parts for someone to examine and then tell me exactly what I need for proper replacement. Please advise how I can do this.

I have duel coil balance double hung window with the coil balances located at the top of the frame. My existing balances have 1 with an extension (see pictures)with a label that says 4.5 33". I've ordered the S160 coil balances but still need whatever this is. Please help! Thanks ... (cont.)

The coils and the part that goes into window say 4 on all. The parts that go into the window both broke. The pat no on the shoe says 5.704.165.

I need 4 springs and shoes. The spring is a triple spring and has marking #4.0 35" 32208. I looked through the catalog and I think the shoe may be 900-19198 NS?

Our bottom sash weighs 30lbs and has a triple coil balance that needs replaced. We feel almost certain we need the Series 160 coils. There is no stamp identifier on the old coils that we could find. Hi, I have a window where the side "spring" i would say is broken. Not sure what the technical term is but I cant seem to find it anywhere. It is a white cassette like part that is on both the right and left side.
