S350-23 23" Series 350 Channel Balance

Old vinyl windows, no make info found. Cannot determine the series of the channel balances . One piece is stamped A2220 (photo). 1/2" x 23".

I cannot figure out which model I need. I need 1 replacement balance. 1/2 inch wide and 23 inches long.Thank you. John

The left side balance on my 24" vertical sliding window has broken, and I'd like to replace both sides. Stamp on the balance is 23 4. I've been looking at the window channel balances and can't seem to fine the combination I think I need. From looking at the dimensions I think I need a 1/2 channel that's 23" long with a 19-002 top and a 15-005 shoe. The stamp on my balance reads 2220V. Do you have this combo? I've attached pictu ... I need a 2230 channel balance with attacked foot and top. It looks like a 19-002 top I am not as sure about the foot. Measured from the wing to the tip of the shoe is 1.25". But measured from the divot between the wings to the tip of the shoe is 1" so maybe a 15-005? Can I get single and ... (cont.)

My channel balance broke and I found all the info on your web site except for the number stamped on the side. It is a 23" series 350 channel balance with a 2290 bsi tg 24 stamped on the side so I do not know wich spring tension to order. Thanks for your assistance Bill
