S350-27 27" Series 350 Channel Balance

Hi. I like to order couples of 27" SERIES 350 CHANNEL BALANCE (Product Code: S350-27). I like to make sure that the pulley is like the one on the right hand side with a check. (first attached picture) I attached the original sash balance in the second picture. Thanks. Oscar

I took my window balance out and measured just the metal part of the balance and it measures 27 1/2 inches but the chart does not show in half inches. Do i stay at 27 inches or go to 28 inches? Also the part # stamped on the balance is "27 4 B.S.I. PA". Does this part # tell you anything? ... (cont.)

How do you pick the correct weight range?

27 inch long. one side of window has failed. need to replace the balance with spring (the cord snapped) not sure what else to describe. the part number is clear. 2601
