Hello, I need to order 4 channel balances for my windows. The marking on them is ; 26 4 CX CMC 7 I see that the S385-27 Channel Balances have different options, but I don't know how to determine which one I need? The metal track length is 27 inches.

Hi, I have a window here that the balance must have come disconnected. When the window is closed you can see the balance where it?s not supposed to be.
