I want to identify the exact type to replace , it says 31C on the old one

The part has "30C" stamped on it. It just slid out on its own when I opened the window and then the other side was loose so I pulled it out. These channel balances are 24 inches long ( the white metal part), and are 1/2 inch wide. Apparently are spring loaded with a little clip attached to the draw string that fits into a hole on the window frame. There is a number on the part B.S.I. 2320. I need to replace two of my window channel balances. They are labeled Caldwell 28 4 DM. They measure 29 inches and go in a window that is 30.5 inches. I think it's the S350-31 but I think the shoe is different than the 15-004. Also, I do not know what weight I need.
