How to replace window balance and top guide

I am looking for replacement top window sash guides. The windows may be Mildoor's from the mid 80s. I am not sure what additional dimensions you need. No indication of brand of window, nothing on the part itself. It is a small plastic part the holds the balance in place.

Hi, Can you tell me how to remove this broken but stuck balance? It popped upward toward the top of the frame. I tried to pulled it down but it will only go so far. I tried to pull it up and out but it's caught. I cannot get the window out. Thank you, Robert

Hello - I'm looking for replacement channel balances. The broken ones are stamped with markings 22 C - it's a 23" (l) x 9/16 (w) (without the nylon fittings) and were installed in a window brand called Mildoor, Miami, FL around 1984 - 85; photos are attached. Thx - David
